In how many days will my package be shipped?

Products will be shipped within three business days of receiving your order. We will notify you about the delivery by e-mail or phone. All packages are sent by Pošta Slovenije and GLS, where the usual delivery time is 3-5 working days.

 

The price of delivery.

The price of the delivery is calculated at the checkout. It depends on the country we are delivering and on the weight. 

 

Where can I pick up my order in person? 

For all who would like to pick up the products in person, you can do so by stopping by our Office in Trebnje, Slovenija: Rimska cesta 8a. Before visiting us please contact us: info.design.plans@gmail.com

 

Can I send the package to the recipient's address?

Of course. When filling in the payment information, write your address under "payment" and write the desired address of the gift recipient / company / other address under "delivery".

 

Where can I see the products? 

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store, but you can see all our products by prior arrangement at our office in Trebnje, Rimska cesta 8a, Slovenia. 

 

Possibility of gift packaging.

I would like to send the products as a gift! Of course! Each of our packages is carefully and hand packed in beautiful gift packaging, and by arrangement, the gift can be further wrapped. Contact us or write your wishes under 'notes' at checkout.
